Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided that the item meets the following conditions:

• The product is unused and unopened
• The item remains in its original packaging
• The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered

Due to health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include the following information:

• Order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened supplements
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
