At ProteinUAE.ae, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product remains in its original packaging and condition
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, nutrition products, or consumable items cannot be returned unless the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review the request and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Promotional, discounted, clearance, or final sale items
  • Gift cards or free promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. ProteinUAE.ae is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible.
